      The Ramsay Health Care Graduate Fellowship Program is currently accepting applications for our February 2022 intake across a number of facilities in Australia.

      Our two-year program is designed to bring out the best in new graduates as they move from study to work.
       
      Our program offers a range of clinical settings, ongoing education, feedback and assessments. This means the experience you have during your program will form a strong foundation for your career, ensuring your clinical and professional skills are meeting industry standards.

      You may have access to a diverse range of placements, including: surgical, medical, rehab, oncology, paediatrics, emergency, perioperative, critical care, maternity and mental health.

      Access to regional or rural placements may also be available for those who are interested.

      About you:

      Any recently (preferably within the last 12 months) graduated enrolled nurses with working rights in Australia may apply for the program.

      To be considered, you must:

      • Successfully complete your studies and be eligible to register with the Nurses and Midwives Board of Australia (AHPRA)
      • Be able to commit to a 24-month program of, either full or part-time, followed by ongoing employment
      • Have great people skills
      • Have strong accountability for your own actions
      • Be aware of your own limitations and know when to ask for guidance or help
      • Be committed to ongoing learning and be passionate about continuing your professional development
      • Be willing to embrace the values of the Ramsay Way
