Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Manage accounts payables, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices across various locations.
• Process and audit staff claims in line with company policies.
• Oversee billings and accounts receivables, including construction invoices and retentions.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries for AR/AP/Claims.
• Handle balance sheet aspects related to AP/AR/Claims, including control accounts and cash flow forecasts.
• Manage intercompany billings as needed.
• Participate in testing and implementing new accounting systems and improvements.
• Collaborate with business teams to resolve discrepancies in billings, AR, AP, and claims.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• An accounting degree with ACCA, CPA, or a similar qualification.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience with a strong grasp of accounting standards.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.  
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of GST, corporate tax, and Singapore withholding tax.
