About the Role

The Software Engineer Intern works under direct supervision and will be performing entry level software engineering tasks. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform software engineering tasks as part of a team to develop innovations for Honeywell’s market leading mission critical software solutions
  • Apply contemporary software development methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Iterative development, across the full development lifecycle
  • Provide responsive customer support for software solutions developed

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • You are in your 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in: Software Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering with credit average or above.
  • Able to work well in a team to achieve results
  • Solid development skills – Hackerrank, Git Repository evidence
  • Prefers C++ experience, familiarity with JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS also highly valued.
