About the Role

As a Graduate Pricing Analyst in Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS), you will report to the Pricing Leader Asia Pacific and analyze market drivers and competition. You will be working closely with the services and project organisation, sales and marketing teams, sourcing organization and the senior management team to help maximize the profitability of the business by systematically employing key pricing levers. You will identify economic insights that support the anticipation and mitigation of business costs changes through pricing and you will have access to best-in-class marketing tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Impact analysis and execution of price improvement programs
  • Review and enhancement of analytical tools
  • Market research to enhance decision making
  • Change Management and Stakeholder Management

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics completed in the 2 years preceding the start date for the Graduate Role, Feb 2023.
  • Ability to interact constructively with all levels of employees in the field to facilitate change
  • Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
  • Strong SQL or Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools such as Tableau
  • Flexible, independent and reliable, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional drive, intellectual curiosity and ownership
  • Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Sound decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Customer focus and affiliation with the needs of our customers
