About the Role

As a Graduate Engineer, you will have to implement and service standard engineering solutions within the PMC portfolio, to successful completion and within budgeted time and cost constraints. Travel is required in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales technical support for PMC products, including presentations, onsite technical support and site surveys to establish the viability of using PMC products
  • Management of customer interface and project commercials for PMC projects and service
  • Factory commissioning of PMC products and systems.
  • On-site, Remote & Telephonic within schedule and to end users' specifications, of PMC products and systems:
  • PMC Tank Gauging products including hardware and software and Fluid Loading Blending and Injection products
  • Workshop repair and service of PMC products
  • Produce technical documents on the use of PMC systems
  • Ensure required prerequisites (e.g. design inputs, tools, and documentation) are in place before commencing work.
  • Produce part or part(s)/Total of conceptual, functional detailed design specifications.
  • Executes Documentation work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems.
  • Share technical knowledge with the project team, supervisor, own discipline and other engineering disciplines
  • Report progress and technical problems to the project and engineering supervisor.
  • Proactively identify potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work.
  • Develop and maintain engineering proficiency in the following areas of delivery for both commissioning and onsite service - PMC Products
  • To attend training on SOM and ensure a safe workplace. Delivery of services into our installed customer base. Maximise any business opportunities for additional services or project work on the existing site
  • Participate in the Technical sessions program as a means to share key learnings on matters useful to the wider HPS team

Key Experience & Capabilities: 

  • Relevant Undergraduate degree – (Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical) completed in the 2 years preceding the start date for the Graduate role, February 2023
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Think on your feet
  • Willingness to proactively learn and grow technical and professional expertise in a variety of disciplines.
