New Graduate Speech Pathologist - North Gold Coast (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Responsibilities

• Support clients in the Northern Gold Coast region as a Speech Pathologist.
• Participate in assessments and early interventions for children and adults.
• Utilize assistive technology and online health options.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OTs, Physios, PODs, Dietitians, and Exercise Physiologists.

About you

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and SPA registration.
• National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
• Public Indemnity Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willingness to obtain).
• NDIS Workers screening (or willingness to obtain).
• Current driver's license.
• Working with children check (or willingness to obtain).
• Legal ability to work in Australia.

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary of AUD 85,000 with a total package including 11.5% superannuation of AUD 94,775.
• AUD 8,000 annual vehicle allowance or a fully serviced company vehicle.
• AUD 2,000 professional development allowance plus 3 days paid study leave.
• Birthday leave and flexible working arrangements.
• Work from home for report writing with built-in admin time.
• Starter kit including laptop, mobile phone, and discipline-related expenses.

Training, development & rotations

• A guided 6-week onboarding process with supervisor-guided caseload building.
• Weekly 1:1 supervision with experienced Speech Pathology Supervisors.
• Regular team meetings and skills assessments.
