Your role

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home occupational therapy services in Brisbane West.
• Participate in a guided program tailored to individual learning paces.
• Engage in ride-along opportunities to explore community healthcare.
• Receive continuous 1:1 supervision for a smooth transition into the role.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OTs, Speeches, Physios, PODs, Dietitians, and Exercise Physiologists.

About you

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration.
• National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Public Indemnity Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willingness to obtain).
• NDIS Workers screening (or willingness to obtain).
• Current driver's license and legal work eligibility in Australia.

Compensation & benefits

The position offers a base salary of AUD 80,000, with a total package of AUD 89,200, including 11.5% superannuation, along with relocation support for interstate candidates, an AUD 8,000 annual vehicle allowance or a fully serviced company vehicle, an AUD 2,000 professional development allowance with three days of paid study leave, birthday leave, and flexible working arrangements.

Training, development & rotations

The role includes weekly one-on-one supervision with experienced Occupational Therapy Supervisors, regular skills assessments and shadowing opportunities, and access to a comprehensive onboarding program covering diverse care areas.
