About the Role

Join our Graduate Program as a Graduate Analyst within our Business Restructuring team, starting February 2026! 

As a Graduate in Business Restructuring, you’ll join a team of experienced restructuring and insolvency specialists and technical experts. You’ll work in the office across various industries and a broad range of corporate and personal insolvency engagements, class actions  and business restructuring advisory projects.  

What you’ll do: 

As a Business Restructuring Graduate at BDO, you can expect to: 

• Identify, realise, and recover assets (e.g., debtors, equipment, real property, etc.)
• Conduct forensic and investigative analysis of financial documents and bank statement to identify of failure and movement of company funds
• Reporting to creditors and statutory bodies in smaller matters
• Assisting senior team members on larger, more complex matters.

What you’ll offer: 

• You will be in your final year, or have recently completed an Accounting, Corporate Finance, Commerce, Finance or other relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree 
• You will be eligible for postgraduate study (CA/CPA, CFA) 
• Your ability to commence full-time in February 2026.
