They are looking for a motivated undergraduate to join them in the Facilities Management & Real Estate (FMRE) function, based at the Broughton site in North Wales. Working as part of a transnational team the mission extends across the full scope of the Airbus organisation (covering all three divisions - Commercial, Defence & Space and Helicopters). The Performance Office is responsible for the governance and processes which underpin the way we manage the FMRE business, covering critical activities such as Project Performance, Risk & Opportunities Management, Capital Expenditure Investment and much more.
In this mission the candidate will be working directly with the Performance team leader and will play a pivotal role to support the team. This will offer them a fantastic opportunity to work across many different countries covering multiple Airbus divisions. This experience will give them an incredible amount of breadth. They will be working with people across the entire FMRE organisation supporting all of the service lines we provide in FMRE such as technical services, general services, construction projects and FM&RE Business Partners. Working with stakeholders from many countries and at all levels of the organisation - a lot of variety and flexibility.
During their internship, they will lead their own activities and projects and undergo your own personal development programme. They will be supported to nurture the skills needed to be successful in business and encouraged as they harness their own leadership style. They will interact with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, learning to coach, educate and influence to support the improvement of business performance.

The candidate will join the ADA Business Operations team at Filton and be responsible for the development and support of Airframe-related Process, Methods, and Tools activities related to digital solutions for the Airframe community that are in-service, under development, and planned for the future.
