Your role

This role requires you to manage immigration and mobility activities, assist employees with policy understanding, and handle Socso issues. Your responsibilities include assisting individuals with visa applications, residency permits, work permits, and other legal documentation required for immigration. You’ll be driving mobility across all lines of business within the group. Think of it this way, if there’s a House of Allstars, you’re the assistant Mother. Creating fun is your job, and your job will definitely be fun.

As an intern, your key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in managing immigration, mobility, and Socso (Social Security Organization) related activities.
  • Provide support to employees in understanding and utilizing mobility policies and procedures.
  • Aid in expatriate employment processes and handle Socso issues.
  • Serve as a backup contact point for the Global Mobility Specialist.
  • Provide administrative support to the Manager and Executive as needed.
  • Prepare detailed and graphic presentations.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of HR processes and regulations (preferred, but not mandatory).

  • An internship period of a minimum of 3 months is required.
