The team is a key part of the Advisory Services and as a member of the team you will:
Support delivery of value propositions being guided in the use of Lean and other process optimization capabilities.
Support the development of innovative thought leadership that sets AECOM apart from its competitors.
Support the maintenance of networks throughout AECOM and its clients.
Collaborate with the team to develop exciting offerings that maximize the potential of the wider AECOM team.
Ensure you deliver projects and tasks professionally and execute them to quality, cost, and time.
About you
Qualifications
You will have a BEng or higher in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering – 2:1 & above.
You will have a some understanding of Continuous Improvement methods/processes and the application of Lean principles and Six Sigma to projects across different industries.
You will be an approachable professional individual, demonstrating good communication skills.
You will be willing to work in a consulting capacity and develop business relationships.
You will demonstrate initiative when dealing with complex problems.
You will be able to listen, understand, and relate requirements for tasks and services.
You will be flexible and willing to work away from the office to meet the client or business demands.
Due to the projects you will be working on you will need to be able to meet the criteria required to obtain UK baseline security clearance.
