Your role

Job details

  • The Trainee-Associate to understudy other lawyers and participate in regulatory compliance.
  • Work with the commercial litigation (dispute) team.
  • Join in representing clients in court, participate in negotiating, drafting or reviewing contracts, legal commentary and case reviews, and other customary roles.
  • Conducting legal research and gathering evidence.
  • Providing considered opinions and giving legal advice.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, deeds and other legal documents.
  • Assist senior associates and partners in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate agreements and documents.
  • Conduct legal research on various corporate law topics and provide summaries and analyses.
  • Support the team in preparing for client meetings, negotiations, and corporate transactions.
  • Participate in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  • Help in preparing legal opinions, reports, and correspondence.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to develop legal knowledge and skills.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing case files and legal documents.
  • Stay current with developments in corporate law and industry practices.
