What we’re looking for:

• Completed, or about to complete, a Bachelor of Commerce, preferably majoring in Accounting
• Studying or intent to study towards CA or CPA
• Interest and proficiency in data analytics and visualisation
• Can-do attitude and the confidence to ask questions, seek support, self-direct and grow
• A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Integrity and professionalism

The Role

• For depth of learning, rotational placements will be provided throughout the program
• In the first year of the program, you will learn the basics of accounting and our business by working with Adbri’s expert leaders nationally
• In the second year you will be empowered to participate in, and support key projects related to process optimisation, cost saving exercises.
• In line with our commitment to a greener future, Adbri has an ambitious Net Zero roadmap and you will be provided the opportunity to work on climate and sustainability reporting.
