As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through various projects by reporting to the Project Manager. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The working model for the role is onsite and contributing to the Electrification Business. You will be mainly accountable for:
Perform Project management role in monitoring and reviewing the KPI
Work with Program Managers and help with governance and monitoring of the projects
Manage Sharepoint sites and improve with automation on the KPI and milestones data
Learn different methods and approaches to improve the reviews with STECO for our ABB products
Document any best practices discovered and/or standards implemented
About you
To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering or related fields, in the United States.
Interns must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress
