Your role

Your responsibilities

  • Receive and organize production documentation published by Engineering (production binder).
  • Prepare and organize the cut list based on the engineering and production documentation.
  • Prepare and organize activities in the planning software (electronic "TaktBoard").
  • Print all the relevant labels, wireframe labels, and other P-touch labels, and organize them by assembly sequence and jobs.
  • Prepare and print routings for each job as well as other travel documents.
  • Prepare and print all the barcodes for project or work follow-up.
  • Keep the barcode list up-to-date in SAP and IPM.
  • Responsible for laser engraving of the engraved panels/labels
  • Responsible for the front-line maintenance of all the engraving and printing equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain consumables levels.
  • Responsible for the replenishment of stationary production.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.

About you

Your background

  • Highly organized and prioritized (essential).
  • Very comfortable with computer tools (essential).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (essential).
  • Able to communicate in French and read material in English (essential).
  • Knowledge of MS Project (an asset).
  • Knowledge or experience in the automation and power electronics industry (an asset).
  • Basic understanding of wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings (an asset).
  • Knowledge of Excel scripting and macro programming (an asset).
  • Graduation in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
