Your role

Responsibilities

In collaboration with your colleagues, you will be responsible for creating newsletters, managing their sales material inventory, and producing marketing analysis reports. Your objective in this role is to develop your skills in marketing, project management, and content.

Here are a few examples of your daily tasks

  • Plan, wrote, and coordinated the creation of attractive and informative newsletters for internal use and their sales and distribution network: Worked with the content team to gather relevant information, design templates, and plan the distribution of newsletters. Prepare performance reports and make recommendations to improve future campaigns.
  • Develop a welcome kit for their new North American sales partners in collaboration with the content team: develop key messages, follow up with graphic designers to design documents, and get final approval.
  • Work with the content team to create and update marketing materials and web content, such as product catalogs, price sheets, product launch pages, and social publications; and support their web migration project.
  • Assist the event team by participating in the planning, organization, and promotion of virtual and in-person events, including industry trade shows, webinars, and conferences. Coordinate logistics, order promotional items, and send product samples to their sales teams. Make recommendations during post-mortem meetings.

About you

Qualifications for the role

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant marketing or communications program.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral in French and English. English is necessary to communicate with clients outside of Quebec.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, creative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
