Your Role:
- The Electrical Engineering Intern will assist in designing, prototyping, and testing electrical circuits and systems under senior engineers' guidance.
- Responsibilities include performing calculations and simulations, supporting documentation development, and participating in troubleshooting.
- The intern will conduct research on materials and work with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical components.
- The role is based at 3D Systems' manufacturing facility in Rock Hill, SC.
About You:
- Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- A strong foundation in electrical engineering principles and circuit design is required.
- Familiarity with CAD software and simulation tools is preferred, along with a basic understanding of embedded systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
- Applicants must be able to work 40 hours per week from May to August and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits:
The internship offers a paid hourly rate of $18 - $20, determined by the candidate's qualifications and market data. A housing stipend may be provided in unique circumstances.
