The Product Operations team helps our entire Product and Design team deliver products that customers love. As shared owners of the product roadmap, Product Operations is responsible for driving alignment and efficiency that supports overall product strategy and delivery. We work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize close collaboration over rigid processes.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2024.

What you can expect:

• Streamline communication and collaboration across teams by creating and maintaining clear documentation for product insights, processes, and key decisions.
• Support prioritization efforts by providing well-organized data and product inputs that help teams focus on what matters most.
• Make information easy to find by building self-serve resources, so team members can access the details they need without relying on ad hoc requests.

• Familiarity with product management principles and best practices
• Familiarity with security and privacy concepts
